Lo dejé. No porque no pudiera, sino porque el derecho que me interesaba no estaba en el temario: estaba pasando fuera, en la tecnología que lo está cambiando todo. Dejar la oposición es la decisión más difícil que he tomado, y la mejor.I quit. Not because I could not do it, but because the law I cared about was not in the syllabus: it was happening outside, in the technology that is changing everything. Quitting that exam is the hardest decision I have ever made, and the best one.

Hice el Doble Máster en Derecho Digital y Acceso a la Abogacía en la Universidad de Navarra, y después el Programa Executive en Delegado de Protección de Datos en el Centro de Estudios Garrigues, con el que más tarde me certifiqué en ADOK Certificación.I took the Double Master's in Digital Law and Bar Admission at the University of Navarra, and then the Executive Programme for Data Protection Officers at Centro de Estudios Garrigues, on which I was later certified by ADOK Certificación.

El interés por la parte técnica me llevó al CS50 de Harvard (Computer Science for Lawyers). Lo que aporta es concreto: saber de qué se habla exactamente cuando se habla de un modelo de Inteligencia Artificial, de un código fuente o de una arquitectura de datos. La ejecución técnica es de los ingenieros y los desarrolladores; este conocimiento sirve para otra cosa: entender al equipo técnico y a la norma en la misma medida.My interest in the technical side led me to Harvard's CS50 (Computer Science for Lawyers). What it gives is concrete: knowing exactly what is being discussed when the subject is an Artificial Intelligence model, a source code base or a data architecture. The technical execution belongs to engineers and developers; this knowledge serves a different purpose: understanding the technical team and the law in equal measure.
